Leadership Post

For me a leader that is patient and listens to every bodies opinions is a leader that is easier to work with. this is because then if i have something to say then i can be heard, and it is easy to hear other peoples ideas and thoughts. For example with the budget cutting activity, it was somewhat frustrating because everybody was trying to talk at once. It was a good idea though when we had a leader call on people, or we attempted to do a vote. what would have worked better for me would have been if we had had one designated leader who would call on people and we would have had a real vote, and not three or for different attempts at a vote. What i did like was when we started to get things done, and focus on a certain aspect of the budget. A "good" leader in my mind knows how to get the job done in an orderly but respectful and patient way, such as calling on people, and not letting all of the people talk at once. and having an organized system.
